📐 Building Quantity Calculation

Building Estimate का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा quantity calculation है। हर item के लिए अलग-अलग measurement और calculation की जाती है।

Length × Breadth × Depth के आधार पर excavation quantity calculate की जा सकती है।

🧱 Brickwork

Earthwork Quantity = Length × Breadth × Depth

Concrete Quantity = Length × Breadth × Depth

Brickwork Quantity = Length × Height × Thickness

Plaster Area = Length × Height

Flooring Area = Length × Breadth

Paint Area = Surface Area − Openings

Actual measurement में deductions, openings, junctions और applicable measurement rules को संबंधित specification या departmental measurement practice के अनुसार consider करना चाहिए।

🧮 Simple Building Estimate Example

मान लीजिए एक room की internal dimensions 5 m × 4 m हैं और floor construction के लिए 100 mm thick PCC required है।

Floor Area = 5 × 4 = 20 Sq.m

PCC Quantity = 5 × 4 × 0.10

PCC Quantity = 2.00 Cum

यदि applicable rate ₹6,000/Cum हो, तो:

2.00 × ₹6,000 = ₹12,000
