🔄 Rajasthan e-MB का सामान्य Workflow
e-MB का actual workflow department, work type और system configuration के अनुसार अलग हो सकता है। सामान्य रूप से process को इस प्रकार समझा जा सकता है:
- Step 1 – Work Order: सबसे पहले approved work और संबंधित Work Order की जानकारी system में उपलब्ध होती है।
- Step 2 – Work Execution: Contractor द्वारा approved work के अनुसार site पर construction activity की जाती है।
- Step 3 – Measurement: Executed work की actual site measurement ली जाती है।
- Step 4 – e-MB Entry: Measurement और संबंधित work details को electronic system में record किया जाता है।
- Step 5 – e-MB Submission: Required details पूरी करने के बाद e-MB को prescribed workflow के अनुसार submit किया जाता है।
- Step 6 – Verification: Departmental users द्वारा e-MB और संबंधित records को verify किया जा सकता है।
- Step 7 – Approval: Applicable authority द्वारा approval process पूरा किया जाता है।
- Step 8 – Bill Generation: Approved e-MB के आधार पर billing process आगे बढ़ सकता है।
🧮 e-MB में Quantity Calculation
Civil work की nature के अनुसार quantity अलग-अलग तरीके से calculate की जा सकती है। उदाहरण के लिए volume-based work में Length, Breadth और Height/Depth का उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
उदाहरण: यदि PCC work की Length 10 m, Breadth 2 m और Thickness 0.15 m है:
